For 2017 Contemporary Art Toledo will be presenting at least eight exhibitions, including three at the Walter Terhune Gallery of Owens Community College’s Center for Fine and Performing Art, four in the gallery of River House Arts at the Secor Building in downtown Toledo, and one in alternative community venue. At the same time, we're organizing an exhibition of works pertaining to art and activism for an academic conference in New England and initiating plans for a travelling exhibition for 2018.
The following is a selecton of upcoming exhibitions.

Joanna Manousis is essential to the success of Contemporary Art Toledo. Providing opportunities for artists and audiences to experience and engage with contemporary art and each other in ways that deepen what it means to be a citizen of the world is our ultimate goal.
In addition to promoting exhibitions in venues that can reach individuals who are underserved and underrepresented within the current arts-consuming public, we are seeking to develop an Artist-in-Residence program. The program will allow talented creatives from other locales to work directly and collaboratively with area artists and art students, along with members of the public.
